Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on April 8, 2022 found that R & L Helpmates, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a licensure survey completed on February 16, 2022.
